ABSA Bank trains Lira SME’s on business management

Small and Medium Enterprise business proprietors of Lira city yesterday underwent business management training organized by ABSA Bank at Margarita Palace Hotel in partnership with DHL Uganda and Birungyi as well as Barata and Associates.
Speaking at the training, the assistant Lira City Resident Commissioner Boniface Ferdinand Okello Alele emphasized the importance of business persons adopting digital marketing strategies.
He also cautioned the business community about the risks of online fraud and called for vigilance to mitigate such threats.
The Manager of ABSA Bank, Lira branch Joshua Oder encouraged Small and Medium Enterprise proprietors to prioritize networking to gain more business banking knowledge.
Arnold Musoke, the DHL Express Relationship Manager called on business persons to embrace online marketing to boost their business growth.
Simon Peter Were, ABSA’s Trade Finance and Working Capital Salesperson, announced that ABSA Bank is offering school bus loans at a 0.00% interest rate as part of their initiative to support business growth.
