Ojalokome company distributes 195 goats to farmers in Kwania

Kwania district production department has distributed 195 goats to 160 farmers and vulnerable people worth 40.5 million shillings procured with funding under Agricultural Extension grant.
The goats supplied by Ojalokome Company Limited were distributed on Monday to farmers, widows, child headed families, elderly and persons with disability.
Dr. Charles Opeto the District veterinary officer of Kwania asked the beneficiaries to utilize the goats to support their livelihood.
Johnson Ojok Ocen the District production and marketing officer of Kwania asked the beneficiaries to multiply the goats to gain more income from their sale.
Kwania district chairman Geoffrey Alex Ogwal Adyebo said government should strengthen sensitization of the masses on mindset change to embrace poverty alleviation efforts.
Ivan Okabo from Inomo Town council, Cissy Ajwang-Anok of Akali and Haron Ongulu from Abongomola who received the goats promised to keep them well to benefit them better.
