Kwania district CAO has written to the permanent secretary in the ministry of education asking government to post a new head teacher to Ikwera Girl’s secondary school, after the current head teacher Aloysius Odongo being accused of engaging in corruption tendencies.
Francis Opolo in his letter said Odongo Aloysius has been battling several cases of abuse of office and misuse of school funds contrary to the financial and accounting regulations.
Opolo said Odongo is accused of misusing 30 million shillings and he was handed over to police for investigation.
Opolo now wants Odongo dismissed from office and a new head teacher should be posted to the school.
