Persuading voters: NRM Deputy EC Chair campaigns for party flag bearer

The deputy electoral commission chairman of the NRM electoral commission John Katigazi tasked Dokolo district leaders to engage some councilors who are supporting independent candidates to back the party flag bearer, Janet Adongo Elau.
Katigazi made the call at Angwencibangi primary school, Dokolo Town Council while speaking after the nomination of NRM flag bearer, Janet Rose Adongo Elau.
NRM director mobilization, Dr Rose Mary Sseninde called upon people of Dokolo to support the NRM candidate to win this election.
Dokolo South MP Felix Okot Ogong called on people of Dokolo to vote for the NRM party flag bearer to improve their lobbying capacity for development from government.
Dr Janet Adongo Elau asked for support from people of Dokolo to win this election.
A section of aspirants have been nominated for Dokolo District Woman MP by-election
They include; Janet Rose Adongo Elau as the NRM flag bearer, Sarah Aguti Nyankori for UPC, Dr. Rosemary Austin Alwoch Ogwal for FDC and Ageno Harriet under National Unity Platform.
The electoral commission is today expected to nominate Rebecca Arao on an independent ticket
