900 ‘Daughters of the King’ trained, passed out under Mothers Union

West Lango diocese has passed out 900 Daughters of the King under Mothers Union.
This was after a six day conference held at St. Peters Cathedral, Aduku Town council where 830 women under mother’s union from 22 Archdeaconries and 70 girls were trained.
They were trained in areas of Prayer, Service and Evangelism.
West Lango diocese Bishop, Rt. Rev. Julius Ceaser Nina Otim called on the graduates to preach the gospel of Christ and advocate for repentance.

Rev. Dr. Margaret Short, International Chaplain of Daughters of the King Anglican Church of Good Shepard Mexico, USA, a team leader at the conference called on the graduates to stick to Godly principles in the course of their work.
Dr. Isaac Orech who was elected Evangelist for Daughters of the King called on Christians to build their firm faith in God.
Caroline Okello a local of Owuka cell, Kole Town Council, Kole district, Mary Oyoo from Okwir B, Adograo parish in Chawente Sub County, Kwania District among other daughters of the King expressed excitement with their achievement.
