LC2 chairperson arrested in Dokolo over alleged connivance to steal police gun

Police of Dokolo District has arrested the LC2 chairman of Akolodong parish, Amwoma Sub County, after one Tonny Kweji who was arrested recently over theft of a gun belonging to a police officer of Rego Rego police station listed him among people who participated in the theft of this gun.

Geoffrey Odur, the LC3 chairman of Amwoma Sub County, said Vincent Ogwal the LC2 chairman of Akolodong parish was summoned by police of Dokolo Central Police Station on Tuesday to record statements from where he was arrested after Kweji Tonny told police that Ogwal was among people who advised him to steal the gun.
