Breaking: Silvanus Ogwal re-elected Bishop of East Lango Pastorate

Rev Silvanus Ogwal has been re-elected as the Bishop for the Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAG) for East Lango Pastorate.

 Rev Ogwal was elected today by East Lango pastorate delegates at the delegates conference held Wednesday at Worship Center Lira City.

This is the third time that he has been elected to serve as the Bishop of East Lango Pastorate after serving two terms.

This five year term will be run up to 2029.

Rev.Okapa Ausborn was elected as the General Secretary meanwhile Rev Ojok Thomas was elected as the ministry coordinator.

East Lango pastorate is one of the 10 administrative and political pastorates in Eastern Uganda.

The pastorate is divided into 74 Assemblies, 779 Churches (branches),78 Pastors and 4 political districts Lira, Alebtong, Dokolo, Amolatar with a total of around 40,000 Christians.
